Osborne Homes was founded in 2007 by Mike Osborne, a Fresno native with its first office in Fresno. We eventually opened our second office in Orange County and through this, we're able to extend our company's reach, helping more distressed property owners. As a business, we have purchased, rehabbed, and sold over 3,000 properties in California – which consists of our primary market.

Although our roles are all remote, with the exception of our field teams (Project and Property Management) - many of these are only open to remote candidates who are within the pacific and mountain time zones given the nature of the business' core hours of operation.

About the Opportunity:
The Disposition Specialist focus is on achieving growth results through innovative, creative and timely solutions. This role is responsible for supporting the growth of our investor side of the business. Therefore, emphasis on building rapport and relationships with individuals and groups requires an outgoing, poised and persuasive communication style. Because the pace of the work is faster than average, ideal candidates will have the ability to learn quickly and thoroughly while continually recognizing and adapting to changing conditions.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Uphold and model Osborne Homes' core values of open-mindedness, urgency, accountability, transparency, and innovation at all times
- Meet all daily and weekly phone call metrics, talk time, appointments completed, offers made, and contracts obtained
- Participate in all daily Dispositions team Huddles
- Prospect and develop relationships, qualify and convert investment buyers into repeat buyers with us
- Participate in weekly meetings with the sales manager to review your recorded phone appointments and participate in role-playing, and improvement opportunities
- Track all leads and Investor Accounts consistently and accurately in Salesforce database
- Foster and maintain relationships with potential buyers and understand and identify their buy boxes
- Must remain active throughout the offer process to facilitate the sale; sustain assertive and persistent follow-through with buyers, and consistent communication.
- Effectively delegate routine and repetitive tasks with responsibility for follow-up and accountability for timely results.
- Manage and support assigned Sales Development Reps. y their buy boxes.
- Assertive, persistent, and follow-up on all offers made to facilitate the sale
About You (Qualifications):
- Face-to-face and remote selling experience required; previous supervisory experience preferred
- Assertive, personable, communicative, and outgoing attitude
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
- Highly effective communication and negotiation skills
- Salesforce CRM experience - preferred
Location:
This role is only open to candidates who are residents in the following states: CA, CO, WA, OR, NV, AZ, UT, ID, MT, WY, NM
Base salary range for this role in CO, CA, and WA is $50,000 - $65,000. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role is eligible for additional bonuses and incentives based on sales KPIs and goals.
