Distribution and Packaging Manager Job at Yellow Dream Farm
Looking for experienced distribution and packaging manager with extensive knowledge of cannabis supply chain management, METRC, cannabis assembly line for multiple product lines.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Managing performance of employees
- Provide leadership and guidance on assembly line
- COGs packaging analysis
- Inventory Management
- Product intakes and outtake and processing into databases
- Comply with all roles and responsibilities assigned and implemented by the Delivery and Distribution Director
- Comply with and implement the organization's policies, procedures and applicable federal/state laws and BCC regulations
- Facilitates weekly inventory audits
Must have extensive knowledge of below software's
- METRC
- Growflow
- Regrow
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,973.00 - $116,268.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- METRC: 1 year (Required)
- Cannabis Distribution: 3 years (Required)
- Cannabis packaging: 1 year (Preferred)
