We are currently looking for a District Manager in Pleasanton, Texas. The District Manager will be responsible for directing personnel, production, service, distribution, and rental operations for the assigned district of the organization. Manages field-based population providing 24/7 customer support.

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Manages field and workshop operations in accordance with SPM documented procedures, specifications, and customer requirements to ensure all products and services meet customer demands

• Schedules equipment and employee resources, workload, priorities, and sequence for work assigned based on customer requirements

• Provides 24/7 customer support coverage

• Establishes, maintains, and cultivates internal and external customer relationships

• Develops plans and forecast for efficient use of materials, equipment, assets, and employees

• Reviews costs and quality to meet Sales, Rental, Service and Production goals

• Participates in budget reviews and provide input

• Demonstrates a high level of risk mitigation

• Ensures district operates within Quality Management System guidelines

• Works with Finance on forecasting revenue growth, profit margins and budget, adhering to financial standards

• Complies with scheduled audits and plan any non-routine audits as needed

• Continuously improves cash flow in all revenue streams while maximizing profit margins through effective P&L management and budgeting

• Understands market and adjusts business needs to support customer demand for continuous market share growth

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 10 years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Top Candidates Will Also Have:

• Prior supervisory experience

• Strong business acumen

• Knowledge of oilfield and related applications – i.e. pump and flow control products, surface control products, power generation, etc.

• Understanding of customer processes and the industry market trends.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate within all levels of the organization

Additional Information:

• Must be willing to travel up to 50% with overnight travel being 10-15%

• This position will be located in Pleasanton, TX
