About This Position
The Inclusion Specialist is responsible for assisting in providing social, emotional and behavioral services/solutions to all campers and staff. Our campers range in age from 7-17 years old. The Inclusion Specialist spends their day walking and visiting camp groups and checking in on campers. They are on a walkie talkie all day and will respond to calls on the spot when a counselor calls (unless engaged with another camper).
