Essential Duties/Responsibilities (may include, but are not limited to):
The DCRM Analyst is responsible for performing document control-related duties on a professional level.

  • Knowledge executing the procedure lifecycle process, including initiation, review, and issuance with a focus on customer service, timeliness, precision, and accuracy
  • Knowledge formatting procedures using templates and performing proofreading as needed
  • Processing, researching, uploading, and retrieving documents and records using Documentum and other applications as needed
  • Processing incoming and outgoing documents/records, managing document/record reviews, and tracking actions to closure, including managing DCRM email in-boxes as requested
  • Processing records submittals, including receipt, transfer, and storage of hard-copy records
  • Performing data entry to index documents and/or records, preparing documents/records for scanning, and performing scanning and related tasks
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable requirements and standards
  • Creating and maintaining organized, consistent, complete, and accurate files
  • Maintaining updated status of assignments in tracking logs/files
  • Identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives
  • Performing multiple, simultaneous tasks and ensuring completion in a fast-paced environment through proper time management and prioritization
  • Work experience in a quality-oriented environment requiring a high degree of attention to detail

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities):

  • Knowledge of principles, concepts, techniques, and best practices in document Control/Records management requirements.
  • Ability to analyze problems and recommend solutions.
  • Ability to interface with internal customers.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively through the oral and written word.
  • Ability to organize own work independently in order to meet established objectives, using discretion in performing duties.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at the highest levels.
  • Ability to train and mentor more junior staff.
  • Can be viewed as a capable independent contributor and as competent within the broad discipline.
  • Displays integrity and ethics in handling confidential information.
  • Level of language skills, mathematical skills, communication skills, reasoning ability, and computer skills necessary to perform essential functions of the job.
  • Knowledge in the use of personal computers including database applications
  • Effective interpersonal skills (e.g., ability to work as part of a team, communicate effectively, work/interact effectively and amicably with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures)

Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree combined with at least 6 years of related experience. However, a combination of education and relevant experience wherein the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the position’s duties and responsibilities have been adequately demonstrated is acceptable.


2 years of RELEVANT experience for 1 year of college.

Exerts some influence on the overall objectives and long-range goals of the organization. Erroneous decisions or failure to achieve objectives would normally have a serious effect upon the administration of the organization.

Business Associations:
Frequent internal company and external contacts. Represents organization on specific projects. May make presentations.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
Physical requirements conducive to a normal office environment. Job performance requires adequate visual acuity and manual dexterity for meeting the requirements of the discipline. Light work involves lifting no more than 20 pounds at a time with frequent lifting or carrying of objects weighing up to 10 pounds.

This role will maintain required safety, security and operational training; assure procedural and regulatory compliance; and make safety, security and quality an integral part of every task; including taking the necessary steps to stop work if continuing the job is unsafe or compromises security.
