Document Imaging Specialist Job at Peoples Bank
Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for performing production activities for supporting in-house document processing and retention.
Job Duties:
- Responsible for preparing, scanning, and indexing documents.
- Operate high speed production scanning equipment in coordination with computer applications and programs.
- Identify, classify, and index loan and deposit documents at a high level of productivity and accuracy.
- Review daily batches in batch number order to ensure timely processing according to department standards.
- Will preform special projects as assigned.
Education, Experience and Job Skills:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Communicate clearly by email or phone with internal associates to resolve issues with documents that do not meet certain standards or contain required contents.
- Able to perform repetitive tasks quickly and accurately.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced, busy environment.
- Data entry experience and good typing skills.
- Ideal candidate will have some experience scanning and imaging documents.
- Must have orientation toward detail.
- Must be a team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Normal hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday – Friday.
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
