Paw School is hiring - in our Denver location, and also our NEW Greenwood Village store!

Paw School is a community-oriented dog training facility, offering obedience, agility, tricks and other specialty training in group classes and private sessions. We also have a thoughtfully selected retail offering in our lobby, and we’re proud to help caring owners find the right product for their particular situation – or just splurge on a fun new toy!

If you love dogs, have some sales and/or service experience, and would like to join our wonderful team, this could be the right position for you!

The right candidate will possess:

• Confidence: Able to talk to new people, learn about their needs and goals, and interact in a smart, thoughtful way with new dogs coming into the store.
• A positive, fun attitude
• Well spoken, with strong writing skills are a MUST
• Able to learn new software quickly and efficiently
• Strong sales skills, and a self-starter attitude
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends - though starting with a Fri, Sat, Sun schedule.
• Able to lift 50lbs
• Able to fulfill all aspects of the position: sales, scheduling, restocking, email communications, and cleaning (both retail floor and training area)
• Reliability - we are a small business, and depend on employees to be on time for scheduled shifts
• Team Player - Help others, and be open to picking up shifts for others' absence (as they would for you)

We are looking for both Full-Time and Part-Time positions, which will include evening shifts through the week, and at least one weekend shift. We are hiring in BOTH our existing Denver location, and our new Greenwood Village store!

Qualified candidates must be reliable, dedicated, friendly, upbeat and flexible, with strong communication skills and a drive to get the job done. We’re selective in finding the right team member, and a successful addition to our team needs to be confident, friendly and just as comfortable talking to people, as they are working with dogs.
