My Dog Listens LLC has grown quickly and currently has two Full Time Dog Trainer positions available!
We are a well balanced training company that believes in fairness and happy obedient dogs
We are looking for:
- Somebody who is passionate about working with dogs and confident around dogs of all breeds and temperaments
- Highly motivated & eager to learn how to train dogs, read behaviors, shape obedience and build confidence
- Strong work ethic, self motivated, able to work with little to no supervision
- Must be able to house 2-3 dogs simultaneously within your home
- Great communicator
- Detail Oriented
- Trustworthy
Prior experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
This is a lifestyle. Early mornings, long days and sleepless nights. Our expectations are very high! We pride ourselves on our quality!
Dog training is fun, but not glorious. Lots of poop cleaning, feeding, training, field trips, walking, owner updates, turnovers etc.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Internship
Pay: $3,200.00 - $5,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- On call
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Manassas Park, VA 20111: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Animal care: 1 year (Preferred)
