Job Summary and Qualifications

Job Summary:

Under the supervision of the Program Director is responsible for the safe and timely transportation of Outpatient Behavioral Health participants. Including transport of participants, meals, durable medical equipment, pharmacy, and any other transportation as deemed necessary. Responsible for overall cleanliness and safety of the vehicle assigned on a daily basis. Responsible for communicating any safety issue to the Program Director.

What qualifications you will need:

Required Education: None

Preferred Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Required License: NC Driver's License and a safe driving record

Preferred License: None

Required Experience: Minimum of 1 year working with the frail or elderly.

Preferred Experience: None

This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
