We are a MUO (Multi Unit Operation) covering Central/West Central PA and we are looking for an individual or team to perform drywall/plaster repairs in residential and commercial buildings throughout our service territory.

And more! As a Drywall Technician, you will oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects on the front end, involving drywall/plaster repairs and assigned restoration crew(s). This position leads the Reconstruction team to operational excellence and a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Hang and finish drywall in residential and commercial properties that have been removed during the mitigation process.
- Logistical planning capabilities to plan your day and make the most out of it.
- Schedule, coordinate with homeowners and property managers to keep lines of communication open.
- Review job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing process
- Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives
- Manage production expenses including equipment, vehicles, and other material assets
Additional Responsibilities:
- Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews
- Provide priority response to potential customers
Position Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma/GED
- Some management and/or supervisory experience
- 3-5 years of industry experience
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
