8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

  • Sign On Bonus*
$300 after 30 days

$500 after 60 days

$700 after 90 days

For a total of $1500 after 90 days

Dura-Line is hiring a Scheduling Coordinator in our manufacturing plant in Gainesville, TX which is under N ew Leadership . Reports directly to our Materials Manager.

Shift and Pay:
Day Shift: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Monday-Friday with the flexibility to work overtime, weekends and holidays is required as scheduled.
Starting Pay $ 20.00

What will you be doing?

Coordinates daily scheduling operations

Report daily success rate to schedule

Work with corporate office, cross functional teams (Jim Shields & Morgan Allen, CSR),

Daily meeting with Operational team

Work with CSRs/Sales on order management to meet customer delivery expectations

Extract data from SAP to create analysis tools and measurements to track and report lead-times

Publish recommended lead times by analysis of historical performance / established plan

Coordinate with the Materials/Production Manager to coordinate purchasing and supplier activity with the production schedule

Extracting data to understand root cause action for service failures

What will help you be successful in this role?

At least 2+ years' experience in manufacturing, logistics, operations; Extrusion knowledge and experience preferred

Generate reports, use data to drive corrective actions

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail.
Safety and quality mentality/oriented,

Strong Excel experience, centralized enterprise management systems knowledge required; SAP experience preferred

Computer tech savvy; Microsoft (Word, Excel, Power Point), Outlook, Teams

CI mentality

Documentation, handle paperwork, reporting, Inventory (cycle counts variances, production variances) on a weekly basis.

Analyze production orders, identify problems, and help resolve issues

OCCUPATIONAL AND / OR PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Safety sensitive position

Ability to learn and use laboratory and inspection equipment

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to recognize color spectrum

Fully mobile from one manufacturing area to another

Able to step over and / or bend under objects

Able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 Ibs. with or without reasonable assistance

Must be able to work flexible shifts as needed.

Must be able to work 12-hour shifts in a manufacturing environment
