About the Role
Essity Health & Medical Solutions (HMS) business is currently searching for an E-Commerce Activation Manager - Marketplaces.
This position is responsible for US & Canadian E-Commerce sales support working in coordination with the North American Sales and Marketing teams and the HMS NA E-Business team. This also includes working with cross-functional teams consisting of members of Marketing, Sales, IT, Finance and External Partners to build and manage strategic workstreams and to execute those workstreams. The role will be responsible for ensuring key initiatives and objectives are reached within defined timelines, budget, and revenue growth targets.
The ideal candidate should/could live in Charlotte and possibly Philadelphia.
This role supports the strategic development and delivery of E-Commerce acceleration efforts by:
- Implementing strategies to accelerate sales growth across indirect & direct E-Commerce channels
- Driving a superior digital shelf activation (assortment, merchandising, basic, and enhanced content)
- Consulting on marketing tactics to deliver profitable E-Commerce sales and share growth
- Optimizing and troubleshooting Amazon listings on frontend and backend, while working with Amazon Seller Support via case work

What You Will Do
- Audit, optimize, and troubleshoot Amazon listings on frontend and backend
- Work with Amazon Seller Support and their Account Managers via case work to troubleshoot listings
- Ensure content for Amazon and other marketplaces is in-line with our brand guidelines and optimized for search rankings and conversion
- Confirm Enhanced Brand Content (EBC / A+) is utilized appropriately
- Optimize search rankings, SEO, keywords, and merchandising experience
- Ensure customer reviews and questions are addressed on marketplaces
- Manage Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) Policy online including tracking, reporting violators, communicating with customer and appropriate sales representatives, and enforcing penalties
- Communicate results regularly to key stakeholders, including weekly reporting
- Identify gaps in product assortment and communicate to appropriate teams
- Perform other essential responsibilities as deemed necessary
Who You Are
- University degree, preferably in business administration, economics, marketing
- 1-2 years supporting Amazon FBA/FBM operations on Vendor and Seller Central
- Experience with complex Spreadsheets, specifically Amazon Inventory Files / Flatfiles
- Experience managing EBC and developing Amazon Brand stores
- Competency in managing Brand Registry
- Comfortable with Amazon, Walmart, eBay, or other marketplace sales & marketing operations
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships on all levels with cross-functional teams in Marketing, Sales, and Data Analytics
- Strong drive for results and sense of urgency
- Strong organizational & collaborative skills
- Confidence in own ability to succeed and possess a winning attitude
Preferred Skills
- Strong communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex concepts
- Demonstrated data analysis skills with an ability to turn information into intelligence for decision making
- Working knowledge of E-Commerce technologies (e.g. Salsify, Channel Advisor, TrackStreet, PIM, CSM, etc.)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g. vlookup), PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams
- Demonstrable project management experience with that track key milestones, deliverables, rollout progress, key performance indicators
- Strong drive for results and sense of urgency
- Strong organizational & collaborative skills
- Confidence in own ability to succeed and possess a winning attitude
- TRAVEL: Ability and willingness to travel < 10% to locations, which may lie outside of home location
