E-Commerce Administrative Assistant

Overview

An E-Commerce Administrative Assistant is a member of our HHP Sales team. They will be responsible for answering phones, processing online orders and assisting customers with questions on diesel engine parts orders.

Locations: Coleman and Saginaw MI

Job Type: Full-time

Hours: M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

  • Process online orders
  • Answer phones
  • Assist with customer questions
  • Check parts availability
  • Transfer calls to a Tech or the parts department based on their needs
  • Direct leads from the Drift website chat system and WebShop Inbox
  • Employ sales techniques

Some of the skills that will really help you here are:

  • Computer skills – our customer database, and all other job tools are completed electronically.
  • Speed – we handle a high volume of inbound calls and being able to adjust to this is key to success at HHP.
  • Typing – the speed of the department requires someone who can enter data quickly and accurately.
  • Adaptability – we are a process driven company but citations will arise where you will have to adapt.
  • Flexibility – some days are different from others and small projects may pop up.
  • Sales experience- Any experience working with customers is desired.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
