E-Commerce Associate Job at Glam Celebration
Glam Celebration Inc. Is looking for organized, reliable and responsible team members for a new eCommerce department in Laguna Hills, CA. We are looking for individuals that can work well independently and as a team in a fast-paced work environment. Good communication skills, quick learning ability, attention to detail, organizational skills, and self-initiative required.
E-Commerce Associate Duties and Responsibilities
- Efficiently processing eCommerce orders with accuracy
- Retrieve orders according to quantity, color, size etc. ensuring accuracy
- Replenish Inventory when necessary
- Keep records of completed orders
- Packs customer orders safely for the shipping carrier
- Labels customer orders with shipping carrier labels with 100% accuracy
- Complete quality control checks at every stage to ensure accuracy
- Provide customer service via email and our online platforms
- Other duties as assigned i.e marketplace account management
Requirements:
Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay of $15.50 per hour
- $100 Sign in Bonus
