E-Commerce Customer Service Representative (FT) Job at Futonland - Greenpoint
We are an e-commerce furniture company with showroom located in Newark, NJ. We sell all types of furniture on websites like: Amazon, eBay, Walmart and many others. This is a fully remote position, could have flexible hours.
Primary Responsibilities:

- Assist our customers in making a purchase.
- Answer customer questions over the phone, chat and email regarding orders and issues.
- Create new orders using our POS system.
- Verify and Qualify new orders.
- Track and follow up orders.
- Work on leads using Zendesk.
- Claims and Problem Solving.
Qualifications and Skills:
- E-commerce experience, furniture experience is a plus.
- Strong self-direction and initiative; willingness to take complete ownership over specific activities while adapting to quickly changing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with multiple departments.
- Knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Proficient oral and written communication skills.
