Materna is a growing startup focused on innovating and advocating for women’s pelvic health. We strive to normalize the conversation about women’s pelvic health, provide novel solutions in a vastly underserved market and empower women to protect and restore their pelvic health.
Materna currently has 1 product in development, Prep, which focuses on preventing pelvic injuries during childbirth and is currently in a clinical trial/regulatory launch phase. Materna has 1 commercial product, Milli, a therapeutic device to treat pelvic pain.

eCommerce Manager
eCommerce Manager is an eCommerce expert who takes responsibility for the eCommerce results for Milli. This role oversees eCommerce strategies and efforts to strengthen Materna's market position and achieve target revenues and desired business goals through eCommerce.
Responsibilities:
· Create strategy and tactics for driving the ecommerce business
· Manage the SEO / SEM specialist to set priorities, develop and execute content and paid strategy and drive them to completion to achieve the Ecommerce revenue goals
· Analyze online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and a/b testing and work with the SEO/SEM specialist to prioritize tasks to increase the KPIs
· Work continuously to improve site performance and functionality
· Be a Key Owner of all website tools including Analytics and Reporting (Google Analytics) and Landing pages (Hubspot)
· Develop and manage content calendar and oversee website uploads and build out of landing pages
· Create omnichannel customer journey for the consumer (Lead generation, email nurture campaigns)
· Create social media marketing lead generation campaigns
· Create, plan, market and manage live feeds on social media
· Website: ensure the Milli consumer journey is frictionless.
· Stay up to date with current trends and competitor analysis.
Required Qualifications:
· 5+ years working experience in eCommerce marketing of medical or regulated devices
· Outstanding written and visual communication, presentation and leadership skills
· In depth knowledge of social media, search engine optimization, paid search strategies required
· Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
· Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
· Team player and collaborator.
· Strong time-management skills
· Great interpersonal and communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
