We’re looking for someone to manage our E-Commerce sites, Including our Amazon store and SelfCareCentral.com
You should have a knowledge base that includes:
√ AMAZON experience and expertise
√ General E Commerce sales experience, with the ability to identify and assess new business opportunities as well as provide outstanding customer service.
DUTIES INCLUDE - just about everything.
- Managing customer service questions and issues
- Taking orders on inbound calls
- Order fulfillment
- Developing new leads and building relationships
- Inventory management both onsite and at Amazon.
Qualifications:
- Ecommerce sales experience; Amazon sales experience a must
- Excellent customer engagement skills, including communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Dependable, honest, and detail-oriented.
- A positive, enthusiastic, fearless attitude.
