E-Commerce Operations Lead

We are looking for a responsible, motivated e-commerce operations lead to help us double or triple our online fulfillment business in the coming months
Main responsibilities include:
- Fulfill orders: pick items from warehouse inventory, create boxes, create shipping labels, deliver at UPS
- process returns and claims (very few). update shopify info (inventory levels, etc)
- provide customer support to online customers (order status, express shipments, etc) by email or phone
- Optional after dominating fulfillment activities: work on sales leads via phone and obtain big commissions on customers you convert
- Spanish and English languages required
- some ability with computers (email, spreadsheets, etc)
- experience with shopify and quickbooks is a plus
- bonuses based on results
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
