We are currently looking for a professional, motivated eCommerce Operations Specialist.

Boxout is looking for an eCommerce Specialist with a passion and interest in eCommerce platforms. You will be the functional subject matter authority on SAP Commerce Cloud, Shopify, BigCommerce & other leading platforms with many other supporting platforms specific to merchandising, content management, and item management for Boxout Divisions and proprietary customer solutions. This person will also move product information to our b2b & DTC channels and contribute to bringing new products live throughout our ecommerce landscape, supporting the day-to-day execution of business activities on our SAP Commerce Cloud Platform.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing content, merchandizing, and item setup on existing SAP Commerce Cloud, Shopify, and other platforms.
• Support operations of existing and new instances of Shopify, SAP Hybris, and SAP Commerce Cloud
• Work with and support the daily business activities of the global Boxout Businesses and Customer Solutions
• Remain informed on where our platform can be moving and ensuring new features are on our roadmap

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in eCommerce; b2b or retail-industry preferred, with hands-on experience in a major eCommerce platform like SAP Commerce Cloud, Hybris, BigCommerce, Shopify, etc
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task, strong project management skills, demonstrated ability to manage complex projects of large scope
• Experience working with product information management systems, content management systems, customer relationship management systems, and project management ticketing systems like Monday, JIRA, and other support desk software.
• An analytical, curious mindset with an eagerness to drill down into the details via tools like Tableau, GA, etc
• General HTML, CSS, and Javascript coding experience a plus
• Experience testing and working on website or product release
