Position

SAS has an opening for an eCommerce Merchandising Specialist who is highly motivated, proactive and flexible to work in a fast-changing industry. As our eCommerce Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all available products across multiple websites, increasing sales across SAS websites, and optimizing our eCommerce channels.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the presentation of the online assortment, including product information, category information and website merchandising.
• Upload new product across multiple platforms (B2C, B2B, Omni).
• Maintain product content including creating and removing categories as needed based on merchandising and marketing strategies.
• Leverage product pricing, content, and photos as a keeper of the brand online to ensure all content meets the needs of the brand.
• Ensure pricing on our brand sites is accurate and promotional pricing is coordinated with internal teams.
• Ensure that the company is leveraging all possible cross-selling techniques to increase average order size (AOV).
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) work to help increase organic search rankings across major search indexes as well as lead to increased conversion.
• Analyze daily metrics of sales, traffic and conversion of online retail channels.
• Review listings for best content and make updates as needed.
• Manage and help respond to online product and service reviews
• Other duties as assigned including but not limited to participation in monthly or quarterly inventories as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift 15 lbs.
• Must be able to sit or stand for 8 – 10 hours.
• Manual dexterity and coordination
• Required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as viewing a computer, visual inspection, and prepare and analyze projects.
• Comfortable using a computer.

Education & Experience Requirements

• High School diploma / GED.
• At least 1 year of professional experience with online merchandising.
• Proficient in Microsoft products (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Salesforce and Magento experience is preferred but not required.
