The Ecommerce Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in the evolution and enhancement of the brand’s web site user experience (UX) and site merchandising. This person will work closely with internal partners across marketing, creative, planning, merchandising, and technology to ensure the strategic execution of web site optimizations. A successful candidate will be passionate about web operations, extremely analytical, and able to balance strategic growth while keeping brand values paramount.

What You'll Do

• Accountable for web site user experience (UX) including capabilities like effective navigation, search on site, site speed, and mobile experience

• Own relationship with development agency, prioritize jobs, manage budget and ensure timely delivery of projects

• Responsible for helping to develop and executing strategic site merchandising that drives conversion rate; ongoing A/B testing

• Participate in ongoing site fixes; troubleshooting with Web Solutions (3rd party partner) to address web site functionality issues day to day (ex. Drop ship)

• Create and maintain a 3 year project roadmap for the web, partnering closely with IT/Tech and channel leaders

• For 2023, key participant in successfully scoping and executing a site “facelift”; key project manager

• Participate in building, testing and rolling out a Loyalty Program and Product Reviews; key project manager

• Build and maintain suite of reports that enable decision making; data driven from google analytics, magento and SAP

• Act as liaison with our warehouse, communicate sales targets and order projections; optimize site and integrations to drive efficiency

What You Have

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Minimum of 5+ years in ecommerce operations, ideally at a best practice small to medium sized physical products company; multi channel retail a plus

• Experience working with email and ecommerce platforms, Magento and Klaviyo experience a plus

• Experience working with Google Analytics and Google Data Studio

• Strong project management skills including exposure / accountability to a campaign calendar, deadlines and a budget

• End to end project management skills and experience

• Working with a 3rd party technical solutions firm a big plus

• Demonstrated time management and organizational skills; multi-tasking

• Root-cause identification, analysis and problem solving

• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with purpose, professionalism, thoughtfulness and care

• Leadership skills and the ability to collaborate and persuade through data
