POSITION DESCRIPTION
This position will be responsible for developing and implementing E-commerce strategy to improve website performance. They are responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of the websites and improve customer experience online.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS
- Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and A/B testing and reporting
- Work with Marketing teams to ensure correct messaging and content.
- Work with in-house IT team to ensure customers experience, website speed, and shopping cart experience.
- Work with the marketing team and manage digital marketers to improve quality and traffic acquisition.
- Working in our CMS system to make sure all website info is correct, up to date, and up to brand standards.
- Analyze various data sets to deliver data driven strategies in order to deliver top performance and achieve KPI’s.
- Develop content calendar and oversee website uploads and landing pages development.
- Report on key performance metrics and make recommendations on website improvements.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of one year experience in retail eCommerce.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong understanding of inventory management, sales analysis, and web design.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Shopify, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent understanding of web design and web analysis.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as PPC, SEO, Social Media Display and affiliate marketing channels.
- Knowledge of Attribution modeling, website speed optimization, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimization, traffic analysis and reporting tools.
- Willing to undergo and pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must possess a high level of integrity and a strong work ethic.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time. The employee will be required to bend, twist, reach, push, pull and operate office machinery. The employee must be able to lift up to (50) pounds. Specific work assignments may change without notice. WORKING CONDITIONS
The majority of work will be performed in a climate-controlled environment, but the employee may be exposed to outdoor conditions such as inclement weather and varying degrees of temperature.
WORK SCHEDULE/HOURS
Schedules will vary depending on business needs, and may entail working nights, weekends and holidays. Must be flexible to work outside of departmental operating hours.
