Our teams of shopping experts curate and hand-test nearly a thousand deals per week, so there is always something new to discover each time you visit our website, app, and your inbox.

About the role:

The Krazy Coupon Lady is looking for a dynamic photographer and image editor who is self-motivated and can easily adapt to the needs of the nation’s biggest couponing website and app. Knowing how to translate money-saving tips and deals into compelling images will help you succeed in this role.

Please submit examples of your photography work, particularly work indoors with natural light.

For this full-time, remote position, KCL will currently consider applicants who reside in the following states: Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Minnesota, Ohio, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Wisconsin.

This is a Monday–Friday remote employee position.

You'll do this:

• Report to the Tips team Visuals Editor.
• Work with other digital photographers to create best-of-web images.
• Support deals and tips content production by photographing and editing in-store and online images.
• Book, direct and shoot talent in a variety of settings.
• Build and maintain a network of models that fit the diverse, relatable, put together look that fits KCL’s brand.
• Support image coordinators when not shooting and editing: work with stock image sites and existing media gallery of owned-images to fill and publish content drafts.
• Manage assignments, meet and communicate using Zoom, Slack, Airtable, and email.

Qualifications:

• Creative problem-solving skills
• A team player who works well with others
• Confidence working with strangers and the general public
• Someone who doesn’t get stressed at the idea of chatting with a store employee during an on-location shoot
• Organized and able to complete multiple tasks at the same time
• Able to meet both fast-approaching and long term deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to ask questions
• Experience with or willingness to working with and giving direction to “models”
• Understanding of photo composition
• Experience and skills working on Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
• Willing to shoot with a DSLR and/or cell phone
• Must have computer and cell phone with good camera
• Live in an area with access to big-brand retailers like ULTA, Macy’s, JCPenney, Kohl’s, and Bath & Body Works.
