The Educator will be responsible for developing lesson plans, delivering lectures, assessing student progress, and providing guidance and support to students. We are looking for an individual who is creative, organized, and has the ability to motivate and inspire students.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of all students.
- Create a positive learning environment for students.
- Provide feedback to students on their progress.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress.
- Communicate with parents and guardians regarding student progress.
- Collaborate with other educators to develop curriculum and instructional strategies.
- Utilize technology in the classroom to enhance learning.
