POSITION SUMMARY:

Deep Mile Networks has an opening for a EHR Change Management Consultant to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Change Management Consultant, you will have the opportunity to lead EHR change management activities for DOD’s Electronic Health Record, MHS GENESIS. Designing the strategic approach to managing change and support operations fall within the domain of change management. The strategy should evaluate the change impact and organizational readiness to limit potential risks. It should also support training and communication as part of change management.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

As a Change Management Consultant, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution.

· Develop and Enhance the Change Management Strategy for MHS GENESIS both for deployment and sustainment.

· Provide on-site change-management support and oversee a team during the pre-deployment and post-deployment phases of EHR Modernization (Cerner)

· Apply experience with working in go-live and sustainment environments to develop and drive major transformational changes across cultures, structures, and operations. Leverage expertise to support clients in comprehending complex business changes and convey changes to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.

· Liaise directly with senior clients and oversee change management support staff to provide thought leadership in creating healthcare change management solutions and intellectual capital.

· Leverage knowledge of developing and implementing change management and training strategies, approaches, and materials for EHR deployments.

· Assess existing change management strategies or products and apply industry best practices and innovative solutions to further optimize change management activities, including enhancing client communication channels and the delivery of targeted materials.

· Lead staff to create change communication and training materials.

· Anticipate and identify opportunities for the project team to enhance client delivery.

· Identify, plan for, and resolve complex client issues

· Identify and manage project risks around scope, schedule, budget, and quality

· Train, mentor, and lead junior-level staff, possibly on a remote basis, to enhance recruitment and retention efforts

· Guide client conversations towards effective outcomes

· Travel: 40%

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

· 5+ years of experience with designing and deploying change management strategies

· Public Trust clearance-MA or MS degree-Change Management Professional or Process Improvement

· Experience with Cerner or EPIC deployments

· Experience with producing client-ready products, optimizing business performance, and managing enterprise-level projects-Experience with building and maintaining client relationships in a team-based government or management consulting environment

· Experience with Microsoft Office, including developing and manipulating Excel spreadsheets and creating PowerPoint products. Experience with facilitating in-person and virtual meetings with clients

· Ability to obtain a security clearance

· Experience in healthcare delivery-Knowledge of military health, including Military Health System (MHS)

· Ability to demonstrate attention to detail and provision of quality assurance

· PROSCI Certification (preferred)

US Citizenship Required.
Candidate will need to obtain a DoD Public Trust Clearance.
