Essex Westford School District is seeking a full-time, school year Campus Support associate at
Essex High School. This position, under the general direction of the principal, performs a variety of assignments to help create and maintain a safe, respectful, and positive learning environment.

- Monitoring school activities, facilities, and common areas (i.e. hallways, cafeteria)
- Supervising students, including study halls, in-school suspension, after-school detention
- Circulating around school facilities (i.e. grounds, roads, buildings, eating areas, adjacent areas, parking lots, etc.) for the purpose of providing administrative visibility and supporting students
- Assisting school administrators and front office staff to resolve attendance and behavior concerns
- Interacting thoughtfully and courteously with students, community, staff, and administration
- Supporting the Districts equity work by keeping equity and inclusion at the forefront of actions and decisions
- Providing a restorative and social skills approach to the work with students
- Maintain confidentiality
- Establishing and maintaining effective rapport with students and effective working relationships with staff members
