Responsibilities:
- Test performance of electrical, electronic, mechanical, or integrated systems or equipment, using test instruments such as oscilloscopes, electronic voltmeters, or bridges
- Troubleshooting DC/AC voltage, VFDs, and PLCs such as Allen Bradley, Bristol, Phoenix Contact, and Siemens.
- Troubleshoot malfunctioning systems and system components
- Read drawings, schematics, or technical orders to determine methods and sequences of assembly.
- Familiarity and/or experience with SCADA Software such as; VTScada and Wonderware
- Knowledge of control networks (IP and Modbus)
- Communication Protocols (Serial, Modbus, TCP/IP, HART, OPC)
- 4-20 mA loop knowledge and troubleshooting
- Radio communication systems knowledge preferred, but not required
- General Control Wiring knowledge
- Communication with customer for timeline and preferences
- Ability to develop and adhere to program standards
- Calibrate scientific or technical equipment
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in PLC troubleshooting, testing in the shop and field start up experience
2 years experience working within a similar environment
Excellent communication and problem solving skills
Ability to sit for prolonged period of times, with small amounts of bending, stretching, and lifting
Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Pay: $53,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
