Role: Technical Analyst
Minimum three years of related practical experience working with Computer systems and applications required.Knowledge on Printer settings and connections. Ability to configure Software applications to meet customer requirements with minimal assistance required. Ability to perform basic product movements in SAP
Required Language Skills: Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, plus excellent presentation skills mandatory. Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly and effectively is mandatory. Mathematical Skills Able to add ,subtract, multiply ,divide.
Reasoning Skills: Detail-oriented; ability to think methodically. Computer and/or Technical Skills Working knowledge of personal computer hardware, Windows and standard office, web browsing, communications, and diagnostic applications mandatory. Organizational Skills: Ability to effectively manage time and multiple assignments to meet customer and company requirements and deadlines.
Networking Skills: Basic understanding of IP networking, Microsoft networking, and Voice-Over-IP preferred. Tools and Equipment: Ability to use standard telecommunications hand tools, electronic tools, and test equipment.

Salary: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
