For more than 33 years KLD Labs, Inc., has provided innovative machine vision solutions tailored for railway customers’ monitoring, measurement, inspection, condition-based maintenance and asset management needs. We are looking to hire Electronic Assemblers for our manufacturing production located in Hauppauge, NY. We are an equal opportunity employer in a stable industry. Responsibilities for our electronic assemblers include:
● Detailed soldering and assembly of electro-mechanical components
● Harnesses and cables for our production department
● Material/manufacturing assembly.
● Adjust or repair electrical and manufacturing equipment.
● Inspect wiring installations, assemblies, and circuits.
Requirements for our electronic assemblers include:
● Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
● Experience working in a factory a plus
● Must be fluent in spoken and written English
● Assembly/Wiring/Soldering: 2 years (Required
● Must be able to work from written and oral instructions
● Must be able to read part drawings and schematics
● Highly proficient with industry standard technician and assembly tools
● Must possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, in particular Excel
● Brazing experience and basic metal fabrication experience are both plusses
● Basic metal fabrication and manufacturing experience a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
