JOB SUMMARY
SDI is seeking an Electronics Technician to support Detachment 9 ACC TRSS at Luke AFB, AZ

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

SDI is seeking an Electronics Technician to support Detachment 9 ACC TRSS at Luke AFB, AZ
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supports aviation training aides and devices fabrication and maintenance
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Associates degree, vocational school certification, or equivalent military training in electronics principles, circuit design and theory, and practical electronics application
- One year of experience working with microcontollers, microprocessor components and associated programming
- Ability to design and manufacture analog and digital circuits, create and modify schematic diagrams, and interpret and modify existing circuits and schematic diagrams
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Knowledge of computer technology, network structure and operating systems
- Knowledge of Opto22 and/or Modicon microcontrollers and associated I/O peripherals and programming language
- Familiarity with commercial or military avionics equipment and systems
