We are currently seeking a Brainspotting or EMDR Therapist (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) for full or part-time positions in our Malibu, CA location.

Experience & Qualifications

• Must have clean and unrestricted California license

• Masters Level, fully licensed Therapist (PsyD, PhD, LCSW, LMFT and/or LPCC)

• Brainspotting/EMDR certification or enrolled, minimum one completed training

• Excellent communication, patient relations, time management skills, and safety awareness are required

• Expertise and experience in treating adolescents and/or families would be viewed positively

• Solid computer and basic technology skills

• Demonstrated history of professional growth and development

• Self-motivated and independent clinicians able to quickly build rapport with clients

Salary

• Full time: $75,000- $85,000 for fully licensed clinicians.
• Part time: $60.00/hour for associate level clinicians. $75.00- $85.00/hour for fully licensed clinicians.

At Serenity Trauma Healing Center, we treat dual diagnosis clients with an emphasis on underlying psychological trauma. We work to address not only underlying mental health conditions, but the impacts of trauma, from many different perspectives.
