How Is This Role Important to Our Work?
The Employer Brand Associate will be an instrumental function on the employer brand marketing and operations team, executing upon day-to-day efforts surrounding employer branding/recruitment marketing. They will lead short-term and long-term projects, supporting the overall goal to deliver a best-in-class talent experience.
A Day in the Life:
- Takes ownership on talent/employer branding projects that align with the strategy and goals of the employer brand marketing and operations team and larger talent acquisition team.
- Works with the Mgr Employer Brand Marketing and Operations on overall employer branding/recruitment marketing strategy and programs.
- Creates talent-related social media content calendar and planning framework; partners with PR on day-to-day execution.
- Report on regular content performance/ROI and takes action where there are opportunities.
- Leads talent video programs and is the main point of contact for the careers YouTube site.
- Maintains employer brand presence on company branded sites including Glassdoor, Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
- Generates, edits, publishes and shares content (original text, images, video) that builds meaningful connections and encourages prospective candidates to act.
- Sets-up and optimizes company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company social content.
- Builds our sentiment/employer engagement response efforts via responding to company reviews on social media and implements our influence program with current associates.
- Creates regular “day in the life” associate blog posts and partners with PR on larger blog initiatives.
- Assists with onboarding initiatives aimed at continuing a positive talent experience.
- Owns process documents for the team and maintains an organized resource SharePoint site.
- Assists with bi-annual Workday release testing.
- Other duties as assigned.

Role designation definition: Teleworking is working full time remote. Hybrid is a combination of working onsite and remotely. Onsite is full-time onsite.
