Employment Advocate - Part Time
The Wellspring Supported Employment program is looking to hire a caring advocate to work with our clients in obtaining the employment opportunities of interest to them. The program utilizes the Dartmouth IPS (Individual Placement & Support) model. The Employment Advocate will work on a small team to develop person centered employment plans with clients, help clients job hunt, establish relationships with employers, and provide support to clients once employed. The Employment Advocate will work closely with Wellspring case managers and staff to identify candidates for the program.
Requirements:

Requirements:
- Good writing skills
- Good communication skills
- Enthusiasm for helping persons with disabilities find employment
- Ability to work on a team
- Good computer skills (Microsoft office)
- Experience with job coaching and/or mental illness services will be given preference
- A belief in recovery and opportunities for all people is a requirement
