El Encargado de Almacén (Tiendas) recibe, almacena y distribuye materiales, herramientas, equipos y productos dentro de los establecimientos y ayuda con el servicio al cliente según sea necesario realizando las siguientes funciones.
Los deberes y responsabilidades esenciales incluyen lo siguiente. Se pueden asignar otras funciones.
- Extrae pedidos diarios para entrega en ruta
- Asiste a los conductores de rutas, lo que incluye verificar la precisión de los pedidos y ayudar a cargar los pedidos.
- Controles en todo el stock
- Cargas/Descargas de mercancías (LTL-UPS/FedEx)
- Mantiene el almacén despejado y limpio
- Vacía la basura todos los días
- Mantiene el inventario ordenado y listo para tirar
- Paletiza la mercancía según sea necesario
- Ayuda con las necesidades de entrega
- Publica el producto PWI en la pantalla QL402
- Completa el inventario físico según lo asignado
- Completa las devoluciones al almacén de PWI según sea necesario

The Warehouse Employees’ job duties may vary within the warehouse operation. Functional areas may include: shipping, receiving, scanning, stocking, issuing, pulling, loading, and inventory of automotive parts, supplies, and equipment. Warehouse employees are responsible for the accurate manual and non-manual movement of freight, stock, or other materials and parts using pallet jacks, forklifts, and other equipment. Parts Warehouse Inc. (PWI) proudly works alongside the “Bumper to Bumper Auto Parts” family.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Move freight, stock, and other materials to and from storage and production areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, ships, and containers, by hand or using trucks, tractors, and other equipment.
- Maintain equipment storage areas to ensure that inventory is protected.
- Receive and process orders; review orders for completeness and clarity.
- Fill in missing information or contact the customer for any needed information.
- Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments and material and equipment needs.
- Record numbers of units handled and moved, using daily production sheets or work tickets.
- Sort cargo before loading and unloading.
- Push and pull pallets of merchandise using pallet jacks or forklifts.
- Read orders to ascertain part numbers, sizes, colors, and quantities of merchandise.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
