Salary: $55,000 - 85,000 depending on relevant industry experience.

A Day In The Life of an Engineer Quality

As the Engineer Quality, you will support Quality Assurance Engineering functions on Aerospace and Military Programs. You will act as a Quality Assurance representative for a suite of programs and ensure strict adherence to Program and Customer requirements in the design, manufacturing, and testing of products.

Essential Job Functions For The Engineer Quality job In Little Rock, AR:

• Prepare Quality Assurance Tests, inspection, and program plans & procedures.
• Review Manufacturing and design engineering documentation to ensure necessary quality and Customer provisions are met.
• Reside as Chairman of Material Review & Corrective Action Boards.
• Assure adequate supplier controls, especially when Customer directed.
• Interface with Customer and Government representatives.
• Act as Final Test Director for assigned programs.

Basic Qualifications:

• Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering - Electrical or similar Engineering field required.
• Experience : 2-4 years of related experience, preferably in aerospace or defense industry manufacturing. Knowledge of ISO/AS Quality Management Systems, ESD, and Contamination Control.
• Other : Demonstrate effective communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, analytical, and organization skills. Self-Motivated. Ability to multitask. Good time management skills. Works well/accurately under pressure independently and as part of a team.
