We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the position of Enterprise Solutions Operations Manager who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of BEK’s Enterprise Department. The Enterprise Solutions Operations Manager must have a strong understanding of telecom technologies and business IP network networking, excellent leadership and team management skills, and the ability to make sound decisions in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Essential Duties Include:

• Manage Enterprise staff, checking the quality of work, answering questions, handling personnel issues, performance evaluations, and monitoring workflow to ensure timely completion of central office activities.
  
• Manage customer issues, coordinating appropriate technical personnel, defining workplan, and deadlines, and driving customer communications until the customer has confirmed issue resolution.
  
• Establish strong working relationships with other teams and cross-functional departments to identify opportunities to improve customer experience and drive business results
  
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring quality installation, support, and maintenance of BEK’s Enterprise product lines.
  
• Encourages team members to look for opportunities for process simplification and improvements through day-to-day coaching and leadership.
  
• Ability to address customer escalations and/ or platform-wide incidents that may occur after hours or on weekends.
  
• Collaborate with the Product team, bringing unique insights on real-world customer needs to shape the product roadmap.
  
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards, such as telecommunications, Healthcare, safety, and security standards.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in an IT-related field, technical certifications; OR 5-10 years of experience in VoIP and IP network operations, with a strong understanding of telecom technologies and business networks; OR a combination of education and experience that encompasses all aspects of this position.
  
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor technical teams.
  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards, such as telecommunication, Healthcare, safety, and security standards.
