As our organization continues to grow, we need an Entry Level Account Manager with drive, ambition, and creativity to exceed our client's expectations.

Our Entry Level Account Manager will be trained in every department of our company, starting with the basics of client service and sales to create a solid foundation and understanding of the business. In addition to learning the backend of the business and human resources, you will become an asset to the company by leading a team and driving acquisition as an Entry Level Account Manager!

In the Entry Level Account Manager position, you will be expected to:

• Learn how to effectively train, manage, and develop a high-performing sales team by working collaboratively with upper-level management
• Run training sessions and meetings for the entry-level team to help them better understand the products and services
• Generate and analyze reports to come up with solutions on how to improve the office performance metrics
• Complete market research on the current and potential competitors in the area to develop a curing edge and increase sales margins
• Inform consumers about the products and services we can offer and process sales in a timely and effective manner
• Develop a strong understanding of our company by shadowing our senior management staff in all aspects of leadership, payroll., human resources, client management, and business development

What we are looking for in an Entry Level Account Manager:

• A strong desire to grow within the company and help others
• High drive and ambition with a studious mindset to help grow the business
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• An Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Management is preferred
• 1-3 years of sales, marketing, management, or leadership experience is highly recommended

Pay: $48,500.00 - $58,000.00 per year
