• HVAC Duct Cleaning, Dust Control Barriers, Mold Remediation, Fire Damper, Firewall Penetration Repairs
• Potential for career growth

What Does the Entry Level Maintenance Worker Do

• Cleaning HVAC systems
• Firewall servicing
• Fire damper testing
• Construct Dust Control Barriers (ICRA) with Visqueen and/or Coroplast sheets
• Removal of water and mold damaged building materials
• Treatment and removal of mold growth of residential and commercial buildings

What we hope to see from candidates:

• Experienced in related mechanical maintenance, electrical, plumbing or HVAC
• Hard working, dependable, and responsible
• Able to work independently
• Willing to work the night shift from approx. 8pm - 5am
• Have reliable transportation
• Pass a complete background check
• Requires local travel within assigned region
• Extensive driving may be required
