$350 Hiring Bonus

Fraser is hiring for motivated and compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSP’s) to work Full or Part-time with our clients in a group setting within our group homes and apartments with a flexible biweekly schedule.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to help clients with:

• Medication administration
• Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s)
• Money management
• Treatment documentation
• Personal cares (such as bathing, toileting, feeding, etc.) in the group homes
• Meal preparation (must be willing to handle all types of food)
• Planning and transportation to/from activities
• Community integration

Fraser Offers:

• $350 hiring bonus
• Paid Training
• $16.00-$17.00/hour pay (plus meals on some shifts)
  • Weekend shift differential ($1.00 added to base pay rate for hours worked 10pm Friday through 9am Monday).
    • If an employee works overtime in a week where the weekend shift differential is applied, the shift differential rate will be factored into a blended overtime rate.

• Full and Part-time schedules available
• Variety of different locations throughout the Twin Cities Metro

Requirements:

• Valid Minnesota Driver’s License with acceptable record (non-driving roles also available).
• Ability to pass DHS background study.
• Physical ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
