Compensation:

$75,000 - $100,000 annually

Responsibilities:

  • We sponsor our professionals in obtaining their Life Accident and Health Insurance Licenses as well as the Long Term Care License/Certificate. We pay for the sitting fee as well as the state licenses. In addition, we provide complimentary study material.
  • Spend time listening to existing and potential clients, assess their needs, priorities, and finances, and determine suitable insurance plan options that successfully meet their individual and/or business insurance needs.
  • Implement sales strategies and tactics proven effective in maintaining and growing existing customer portfolios comprised of loyal, long-term clients.
  • Create tailored risk management strategies directly with clients that align with their risk profiles through a needs analysis.
  • It's not about net worth, but network - and ability to network!

Qualifications:

  • A four-year college degree is preferred; a High school diploma is mandatory
