Eastwood Senior Living in Mora is hiring a Maintenance Technician to help maintain buildings and grounds as directed. This position will perform routine maintenance and janitorial tasks, respond in case of community emergency and assist in carrying out emergency procedures. The Maintenance Technician will participate in maintaining a safe physical environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
Schedule:
Part-Time
Preferred Experience: Two years of prior experience in physical plant maintenance or related field. Preferred Experience: Work experience in health care facility preferred.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to accomplish tasks well and on time.
- Work independently, perform tasks thoroughly, and hold self-accountable.
- Demonstrate professional behavior.
- Ability to follow written and verbal directions.
- Basic computer skills.
- Dependable and able to work on-call.
- Excellent customer service skills.
