The Refinery Weighmaster is responsible for performing shipping and receiving, loading and offloading, and running samples of crude oil on and off trucks. They are also responsible for reporting manifest on weigh in/out off-loads including ticket or receipts from Drivers.

What you’ll get:

· Up to $21.00/hr

· We are currently hiring for the following rotating shifts:

· AM Shift (6:00 - 6:00) – 4 hours OT rate

· PM Shift (6:00 - 6:00) – 4 hours OT rate

· 4 days X 12 hours per day, 3 consecutive days off

What You’ll do:

· Perform shipping and receiving of Crude, light product of Naphtha, and LDO

· Run samples and enter proper temperature and gravity on product

· Give approval on when trucks are to load and off load

· Monitor the loading racks by sampling crude, ensuring the truck drivers properly offload

· Report manifest on weigh in/out off-loads including ticket or receipts from Drivers

· Report discrepancies on manifest paperwork on a daily basis

· Operate lines, pumps, valves - their locations & functions, all electrical switches/controls - their locations & functions, steam water, gas, lines, valves, gauges, and their locations /functions, all emergency cutoff switches, their locations & functions

· Document reports, records, and information concerning daily activities

· Other duties may be assigned

What you bring:

· Possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent

· Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

· Ability to write simple correspondence.

· Ability to effectively communicate information to customers, clients, and other employees

· Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure

· Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
