Global Remediation Services, is an Established Environmental Service Company with a Proven Safety Culture, located in East Taunton, MA. Global Remediation is Seeking a Highly Motivated Individual for Environmental CDL Driver Position that Offers Career Opportunities, Consistent Overtime, Benefits (Including Medical, Flexible Spending Account, 401K, Paid Vacation, and Paid Sick/Personnel Days), and Required Industry Trainings.
Preferred Driver Requirements:
- Driver must have a Class A or B license with HazMat and Tanker Endorsements or be willing to acquire both endorsements.
- Prior Roll-off Truck and/or Vactor/Vacuum Truck experience, preferred but not required.
- Flexible work hours that can accommodate routine overtime.
- Company offers great benefits package, compensation (based on experience and skills), and career opportunities.
- Must have a clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass DOT Physical, drug screen, and background check.
- TWIC card preferred or must be willing to obtain.
- Previous environmental experience preferred but not required.
Daily Responsibilities:
- This position involves driving and manual labor (moving hoses, offloading at facilities, onsite operations, etc.).
- Safety is the top priority at our Company.
- Safely operate the Company CDL Vehicles.
- Work effectively with Field Service crews and clients when performing onsite Roll-off Truck and/or Vacuum/Vactor services.
- Load, unload and transport bulk liquid and solid loads.
- Properly document driving hours using electronic logs (training provided).
- Report any issues or incidents to dispatch.
- Inspect truck before and after trip.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in truck driving or other related fields.
- Commercial driver's license.
- Ability to handle physical workload, carrying/lifting up to 50lbs.
- Strong work ethic.
- Schedule flexibility.
