White Horse Village (WHV),a retirement community located in Newtown Square, PA is seeking to add Environmental Services to our team! Currently looking for POOL/ PRN staff members.

Responsibilities:

• The housekeeper attends monthly meetings and training sessions as scheduled
• The housekeeper cleans all assigned areas with the use of assigned materials and equipment. Sanitize all surfaces. Follows the ten step cleaning procedure
• The housekeeper seeks out areas that require cleaning and take initiative to complete
• The housekeeper completes all tasks assigned by your supervisor.
• The housekeeper responds to a paging system in the appropriate manner
• The housekeeper completes job of Floor tech/Porter (As directed)
• The housekeeper completes job of Laundry worker (As directed)
• The housekeeper follows all duty lists
• The housekeeper collects and dispose of trash following approved procedures and infection control plans
• The housekeeper dusts, mops, and damp mops floors following procedures as assigned
• The housekeeper moves equipment and furniture for proper cleaning and place furniture back in correct placement
• The housekeeper washes walls, windows, furniture, baseboards and other items needed to maintain a clean safe environment for our patients, visitors and staff
• The housekeeper performs all other duties as assigned.

Must be:

• Vaccinated against COVID19 (will accept religious and/or medical exemptions)
• Have an up-to-date physical
• Have an up-to-date TB test
• Have an up-to-date Flu Vaccination for year 2022.
• Be able to pass a Pennsylvania Background Check

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
