Environmetal Technician Job at Sovereign Consulting Inc.
Sovereign Consulting Inc., a rapidly growing environmental consulting and remediation firm headquartered in Robbinsville, NJ, is seeking Environmental Technicians (1-3 years experience) for its Exton, Pennsylvania location.
Environmental Technicians handle fieldwork activities, which require outdoor work, in all weather conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Perform environmental sampling duties
- Record field notes for each specific task performed
- Maintain equipment calibration logs
- Perform general labor and construction monitoring activities
- Handle other related duties assigned
- Adhere to Sovereign Consulting Inc. Health & Safety Standards in all field-related activities
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-3+ years of related fieldwork experience. Previous experience performing fieldwork in the environmental consulting industry is required
- OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification required
- Must have a good driving record and be able to drive a company vehicle
Employment at Sovereign is contingent upon the results of a Drug & Alcohol screening test and a pre-placement medical evaluation that determines candidate’s ability to capably and safely perform the proposed job duties. Candidates must present documentation that confirms identity and eligibility for employment in the United States.
Salary will be commensurate with experience. A relocation package is not offered.
