Job Description
An electronic quality notification (eQN) is raised when a manufactured component does not conform to blueprint requirements, and an engineering review is required to determine if it still fulfills engineering and customer requirements.
The eQN Export Compliance Associate is responsible for working with the eQN Project Engineers to ensure the technical data is processed and exported to the Foreign National Engineering Teams for functional assessment. This includes, but is not limited to, learning the U.S. Export Compliance Laws, learning our internal export compliance tools, and reviewing engineering and vendor measurement data.
Duties include the following:

• Review documents, pictures, and other file types to ensure it complies with applicable export guidelines and restrictions.
• Follows company and industry standards in practices. Exercise discretion and influence in companywide export and security related matters.
• Support recordkeeping processes for exports for eQN Business Unit.
• Assisting in internal audits of their respective areas.
• Assisting in training of employees within their respective area
• Ensure timely processing of data.
• Interact with Project Engineers to discuss markings, data types, and priorities.
• Work with Export team and Project Engineers to continually optimize internal processes.

Skills & Experience

• Good understanding of U.S. ITAR and EAR export regulations.
• Able to provide guidance and training related to export compliance.
• Export Certification a plus.
• Microsoft Office, Strong Communication Skills & Proactivity.

Education
Associates or Bachelor’s degree required.
