Game Masters are the first impression for all guests! We are looking for a friendly, organized and detail-oriented people to join our award-winning customer service team!
Responsibilities include:
- Greet guests and ensure that waivers are signed before play begins
- General day to day activities
- Look after groups of players throughout their experience to ensure that they have a great time.
- Managing the flow of the group through their games, provide hints and clues to the teams if they get stuck
- Reset the games rooms for incoming groups
- Keeping the venue clean, tidy and operating smoothly
- Answer phones and address guest's questions; assist with bookings if needed
