Title: eServices Specialist I
POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for assisting branch personnel with eServices products along with handling a variety of back office operational tasks on a daily basis, with emphasis on working as a team player.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Responsible for data entry and research, along with meeting daily deadlines including reports and special projects. 2. Review and complete new Mobile Deposit and Text Banking user setups. 3. Review Mobile Deposit checks in order to stop fraudulent checks from being deposited through Mobile Banking. 4.Responsible for working queues for Online Banking setup, Account View and Mobile Banking Exceptions. 5.Responsible for answering phone calls and emails relating to eServices duties. 6. Responsible for backup for Cash Management setup and Card Production. 7. Review Velocity exceptions for Remote Deposits and Velocity Exception Log on a daily basis. 8. Responsible for a variety of other duties including Bill Pay and eDocument support and maintenance.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Previous banking experience preferred.
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS & TRAINING: High school diploma or GED required.
JOB-SPECIFIC SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE: Ability to learn products and services RCB offers to assist customers. Basic clerical and process skills. Strong reading, writing and mathematical skills. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and co-workers. Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.
