Estimator Job Description
The estimator role is critical to the success of our sales department. This superhero works in the field selling services at customer’s homes and places of business. Strong sales & customer service skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, friendliness, ability to meet and exceed goals, solid time management and organizational skills are all critical to the success of this role.

Job Responsibilities
- Attend scheduled appointments with clients
- Visit work sites, inspect existing materials, and gather data related to materials and labor costs
- Prepare estimates of cost
- Proactively follow up with estimates provided to clients on a regular basis
- Attend weekly sales training, planning, and contract review meetings
- Attend weekly staff meetings
- Proactively participate in contacting clients that have “needs more work” opportunities and book appointments to provide an estimate
- Establish sales goals and manage towards exceeding them

Working Conditions
Work is performed outside in varying conditions, including heat and cold. This position requires the ability drive for extended periods of time in between client visits. Additionally, the ability to use an iPad and effectively follow a sales process are a must.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
