CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATOR/SALES

Spectrum One, Inc is a Local Construction company with 3 showrooms based in Sacramento with offices in Roseville and Natomas now Hiring for Estimator/Sales Position for Projects involving Kitchen/Bathroom Remodeling. Limited training provided - it is a freelancer position. The candidate must be highly experienced in Construction Sales/Estimating and should be able to start generating sales shortly after the start date. The company will provide high-quality leads, administrative assistance, training in our estimating software, and needed support in closing and overseeing construction projects.

We are seeking only highly experienced candidates. The candidate will be responsible for acting as the company representative and assisting homeowners with estimates for their home remodeling projects. The candidate will be going to estimate appointments and provide potential Clients with estimates as well as ensuring the successful execution of the project.

Responsibilities:

--Preparing estimates and proposals utualizing Company's estimating software to prospective customers and assisting owners with budget proposals

--Prepare work to be estimated by gathering proposals, drawings, specifications, and related documents

--Participate in pre-bid meetings (as needed)

--Oversee all aspects of the construction project from planning to implementation & assist the Project Manager as needed to ensure successful completion of the project and customer satisfaction

-- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city, and county officials, and clients (as needed)

-- Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs

-- Take responsibility for the sold project and ensure successful completion from start to finish.

You will spend most of your time in the field and must have your own vehicle to provide in-home estimates.

Two options for compensation:

1.) Riskier yet very rewarding! 100% uncapped commissions. Current team members are making $150k - $200k plus. Freelance position as 1099 Independent Home Improvement Consultant

OR

2.) Safer option! Employment structure with base pay + commissions + milage reimbursement + bonuses. Current team members are making $80k - $100k + (depending on performance).

Our Roseville Showroom is open 7 days a week. You will be expected to work TWO SATURDAYS a month as needed.

This is a great position for Construction Estimator/Sales veterans and others who have experience dealing with Kitchen/ Bathroom Remodeling. It will be your responsibility to walk Clients through the remodeling/construction process and make sure they understand they are in good hands.
